Not working on blackberry and nokia 5700.
P.S: only working on windows media player.
If you want play windows 98 welcome sound in MP3 player or mobile phone can play, you can find wav converter To mp3 in google.con

thx i’ve been searching for hours for one.
It won’t work on newer Windows or other devices because codec is custom Microsoft ADPCM (lossy). Better convert to Mp3. 16-bi 192kbps is more than enought as it is already lossy compressed file.
Anyway this posted file is corrupted because it is truncated.
